Familiarisation and orientation
This is an accompanied day out where we will take you around your chosen area and show you the local parks, supermarkets, libraries, sports centers and schools. We’ll give you some of the history of the area and help you understand how the area has taken shape so you start to feel at home.
Once we are clear on the best area for you then we will research the current rental or property sales market and select the best properties for you to view based on your criteria. We’ll set up all the appointments and put together an itinerary for the day then accompany you on the viewings. We will be the extra pair of eyes and ears you need to remember the details of each property to help you make the right choice.
For a rental homesearch it is important to identify the right terms of the rental agreement at the point of putting in your offer. So we can guide you through this process and make sure you get the deal that is right for you.
Understanding the education system in the UK can be complicated. We can help you identify the options available to you and what they mean for your children. We can arrange for you to visit a selection of schools and provide you schools performance statistics.
Settling in service
At the point of moving in or taking on a new tenancy we can provide a check in service that creates an independent account of the condition of the property and review of the inventory. We will take meter readings and record the hand over of the keys. Giving you peace of mind when it comes to checking out of the property at the end of the tenancy.
We will also make sure you have enough tea and biscuits to make you feel at home.
